Cladding

BS Thermal stock a wide range of cladding products ideal for insulation for industry also referred to as jacketing including Flat Sheet Cladding, coil for cladding and Aluzinc ^TM .Our range of stainless steel flat sheets for cladding is one of the best in Europe we can offer material in a range of thickness. We can also supply types 1 and 2 Aluminzied steel and Aluminium. Most of our cladding products can be supplied where required with a factory applied moisture barrier. As well as supplying cladding in flat sheet or coil we can also supply a range of profiles or corrugations which provide protection for insulated equipment, towers, vessels and tanks especially with an large outside diameter typically larger than 2440mm or 8 feet.

Material selection of cladding or jacketing will be key dependent on the environment typical applications would be LNG plants, paper mills, steel mills, fertiliser plants, oil refineries and polyethylene plants. Cladding is generally fixed with banding most commonly stainless steel along with toggles, expansion springs , screws and rivets.
